As a Confidential Affiliate at HushHire, you earn through a straightforward system. You receive a commission for each hygienist you refer who successfully creates a profile and gets placed.
This commission is a fixed percentage of the placement fee, paid once the placement is confirmed. You can also earn performance bonuses for high referral success and additional bonuses for recruiting new affiliates whose referrals lead to placements.
Earnings are calculated monthly and paid via direct deposit in the first week of the following month, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for your valuable contributions.
Referral Commission
Earn a commission each time an RDH you referred creates a profile and is successfully placed through our network. This commission is a fixed percentage of the placement fee associated with the position filled by the referred employee.
Performance Bonuses
