At HushHire, we offer recruiters a unique opportunity to increase their income by building a team of secret helpers known as confidential affiliates. This allows you to expand your network and boost your earnings while maintaining privacy. Your confidential affiliates are the core of your business—support them, and their success will drive your success too!
Direct Recruiter Compensation
Percentage of Performance Fee Pool: 70%
Amount for Direct Recruiter: 70% of the 10% placement fee. This means for every candidate you place, you earn a substantial portion of the fee, directly reflecting your efforts.
Upline Recruiter Compensation
Percentage of Performance Fee Pool: 30%
Amount for Upline Recruiter: 30% of the 10% placement fee. This incentivizes building a team, as you earn from the placements made by the recruiters you bring into the network.
