It’s a nice place to work. It’s busy so you actually feel like you’re accomplishing something. Dr. Urda has both standards for patient care so you feel like you are doing the right thing always.

The focus here is always on patient care, which I really appreciate. The office is organized, and the teamwork is excellent. I feel valued every day I come to work.

The management here is very supportive, and I feel like they genuinely care about the staff. The only downside is that sometimes communication between the office and staff could be better.
